I can't count the number of times I have been in a public situation when hit with a cluster and have done the "it might just go away" thing. It almost never does but you know what-the next time it happens I'll probably do the same thing. I'll catch myself thinking that I'll ride it out while all along I'm becoming increasingly snotty nosed and teary eyed-lol. I guess that means I'm fairly dense about it because cluster pain is surely along the same lines as getting hit over the head with a hammer and yet I still haven't learned that they won't just go away. Or maybe I'm just optimistic :-)
