I am entering my week number six of my current cycle. I started my current job 5 months ago, so basically I had to start from scratch with my CH history. I tend bar at a large resturaunt in NYC (600 employees). I chose to confide in a select few. I have been cautious with who I confide in, but the ones I have chosen have been awesome.
After telling one of my barbacks, he brought in the current issue of Mens Health Magazine. There is a little blurb in there about CH's. It says that through a recent survey, they have found a reduction in CH's in people who sleep in a cool room. There was a 75% reduction in attacks of people who kept there bodies cool while sleeping, allowing the blood vessels
to not constrict as easily.
I tried it the other night. Still got a CH, but it wasn't that bad, maybe a 3 (kip) when it has been averaging a 7. And I felt a lot more comfortable during the CH. Just keep cool, Baby... Mike.
