I was given Stadol, a minimal dose during the end phase of childbirth, WOW. I managed to fall asleep between contrations that were 1 min apart and have wild dreams, or possibly hallucinations. My husband said I was snoring in the rocaking chair in the delivery room. Pain was still there but being so high I did'nt really mind. For me it was a higher high than Morphine IV.
