Dr Kudrow in the Los Angeles area told me that his clinic (I think his uncle was also a neurologist named Dr Kudrow who founded the clinic) was the first to use oxygen for clusters. They found that it worked best when sitting leaning over with your head forward, almost between your knees.

I usually just sit down on the couch if the oxygen has been working pretty well. Sometimes when it's not, I jump up an down while breathing it, but that's really combining the idea of rapid aerobic exercise at onset with oxygen. The jumping alone works for me sometimes in a pinch. Combining oxygen with cold air (going outside if it's 40ish out or using the air conditioner in home or car if it's hot out) also works well.

Good luck, oxygen has worked well for most of the last 10 yrs or so that I've been using it.
