30yrs. old. CH for four years. completely random cycle(though i have them occasionaly year round).
i do smoke, though not during an attack almost always as soon as the pain has subsided.i have not attempted to quit.
2-4 cups o'joe in the am. have tried not drinking coffee found that it made little to no difference (though i sometimes think that the first cup has kept my first morning CH attack at bay longer).
again i have found no pattern in my cycles including any "cause" for a cycle to begin or end.
