OK, heres one to contemplate. Suppose that there is exactly one CH-attack and that it travels from person to person in a serial fashion.
Has it ever been documented that any two CH-attacks have occured at exactly the same time? I mean its not like there are hospital wards full of CH-attacks being studied or anything. If CH has survived on the ignorance and isolation of its victims, than The Internet (and CHMB) will spell its eventual demise.
I picture CH in this theory as being a VERY fast moving virus, almost like a spirit, that infects CH-fertile brains. (The previous God/Satan game theory fits here too, as there is only one of those pointy-stick games going on at any one time.)
This hypothesis could be expanded, in butterfly fart fashion, to explain each and every facet of the CH-syndrome.
I suspect that all the other CH-attributes can be explained in this holistic framework if the group was, pardon the pun, open minded.
