there is only one thing that I have found that works consistently.
I am afraid to say that thing is good quality cocaine applied directly to the inside of the mouth and nasal cavity.
if it is fairly clean, the local anastetic properties can stop a headache within five or six minutes.
I have tried verapimil, oxygen, cafegot and many other forms of mediction but cocaine is the only one that works with any consistensy.
