Almost every hospital has one. There are railings all around and the temp is kept at 90 degrees. Only once did I get suprised by a headache that scared the staff into taking me down the hall to the er. I am currently on ritalin for days and elavil at night. My doc gives me hydrocodone for emergencies. I have been head banging free for close to 3 months. I don't know if swimming helps the headaches, but it helps me.
