If you mean numbness, as in diminished feeling, in the area (like when your leg "goes to sleep"), then no - in 25 years of clusters, that's one thing I haven't encountered - it feels tingly sometimes before - the sensation during an attack is every kind of pain, but never numb - after the attack it feels normal (early in the bout) but later in the bout, after many attacks, it feels bruised all the time -
