Michelle, I had sinus sugery 3 weeks ago, after having no sense of smell for about the last 15 years. I,ll tell you, I should have done this a long time ago. Smelling that xmas turkey was like being in another world for me. The surgen told me he found polyps like bunches of grapes up there, and so far no signs of them coming back,(as I've heard can be a possibility), however it took 40 years to get in the bad shape I was in, so even 5 years before any additional procedure would be like heaven for me. No more of the incredable pain and pressure. DON'T CHICKEN OUT, believe me, it's the best thing i've done. GOOD LUCK
