Been there and done that. Unfortunately, no help. The unit is poorly managed and the staff lack an adequate knowledge base on clusters. An expensive adventure into more pain. The medical approach is cattle like....lacks any individualization. Feel free to email me or check the past posts....plenty on this......irene
