My husband had the flu, bronchitis and fever, poor thing after not having CH for months, he woke up at 3:30AM, two nights in a row with CH. When he went to DR for the Bronchitis the DR said that he was not getting enough air in his lungs and that proably triggered a CH. Since he is feeling better, he has not had any more.
