Yes, Ken, I would have to say from my own personal experience and from reading the posts here these past many months that the combined experience is that alcohol does indeed make the pain worse. We still do it sometimes, and we regret it, but unmistakably it makes it worse. It does not cause clusters. It may trigger them, and as you point out we will probably get one anyway, but it does seem to make them worse.
