I've suffered these bastards since 81. I'm now bordering 37 yrs. old and still suffer with the same severity and frequency. However, uo until the past two years I have been working the evening hours and sleeping up until 2 pm PST., and my frequency has deminised. When I return to hours that most people live, my CH's return within 2 weeks. Food for thought! Greg
