Thank you for your post. Did I understand you correctly; are multi-dose vials of Imitrex available? If so, this is really a revelation to many of us here who have been complaining, loudly I might add, that such packaging has been needed for cluster sufferers!
If so, would you please describe the packaging in detail for us; i.e., 4mg/ml, 20ml/vial and any UPC or other ordering codes that might be useful to take to the doctor and pharmacy when they tell us that it doesn't exist?
I have been injecting DHE-45 IM with a 25 guage needle, and using the "Imitrex tip" is a bit difficult, too, so the idea of giving oneself a subcue is no problem at all. I can't conceive of anyone having experienced a few 10's not being able to get over a fear of needles once they experience the relief of Imitrex!
I have experienced the Imitrex "hangover" you mentioned; I just use ibuprophen.
