Jonathan, please get in touch with other sufferers in UK. There are a few of them on this board. We really really wish to hold you and cry together. I personally haven't met any other sufferes in person, but I'm sure I'd break down as soon as I meet one. You really aren't alone, if you let us into your heart. We know how rotten you feel.
