My husband has been chronic now for 18 months(by chronic I mean he gets 2 days of NO pain every 4-5months) yet the damn neuro he sees in his dictation said, and I quote "Michael suffers with episodic cluster headaches. These cluster migraine attacks hopefully will respond to a second prednisone burst and Depakote."
My question: are these things migraines or what and is what I descibed chronic or episodic?? Our family doctor just filled out a form for FMLA for his employer and he stated that this CONDITION will need treatment for LIFE!! Too bad he doesn't feel qualified to treat michael. Since then, I called the 800 number for zomig, you know the migraine medicine. We are looking for a new Dr. in the central ohio area, anyone know of a good one??
