Was your Dr. speaking figuratively to make the point that treatment is much better than it used to be?
Or did he mean this literally?
If you think your Dr. meant this literally I would like to ask a few questions:
1) when did he start practicing?
2) is he still practicing
3) how can I contact him to tell him he is a freeking moron
