I always think of Ch as a storm in my head. At times it's off in the distance and I can't feel it, but it's waiting, and when all the conditions are right it blows. It builds up fast like a storm and leaves just as fast. I'd call it a condition that feels like a disease, but never an illness. Whatever it is actually called it's a pain in the ass that is sucking up too much of my life, and for my new year's resloution I refuse to let it suck up anymore of it into it's black hole.
