A few yrs ago when I was really buzzin from my scripts, Bob and I got down and dirty during an attack.
I was trippin' man, it was great!
That was the only time.
I was sent to a new place, but the pain was still there.
The beast was with me.
The attack was bearable however.
My mind was pretty much in overdrive.
I said hmmm...
There is something to this.
I have since been able to use my mind to master the beast.
I got away from the meds and my attacks have lessened in frequency and severity.
I believe in what the article states wholeheartedly.
