The full moon you mention is of course a variation of the double hogback. When you are "full mooned" by hub, the deformity is very obvious. The crack goes sideways! When he was a youngster, he could never figure out what that strange sound was when he slid down grandma's stair banister. Kind like when you shake your finger up & down over pursed lips.
