hi! i am in a real nasty cycle right now, getting 2 -3 ch's a day. The only thing that has ever worked for me is imitrex injections, however my Dr. will only give me enough prescriptions for 1 a day at most. he says they are bad for me. HA! what a joke, i would rather have 1000 side effects then these damn headaches. every now and then i need to go to the emergency ward and when they load me up with demerol that stops it . i went without a headache for my longest period up until 2 weeks ago, i was free for 3 1/2 months. i almost forgot how truly terrible they were. I never go anywhere without my imitrex, it is truly a godsend for me. the tablet form however, works way to slow.i have been taking the imitrex for about 6 years and it has not ever failked to provide me relief. these headaches are the worst part of my life and i feel so much compassion for those who get no relief. feel free to write anytime folks, take care
