I appreciate your observations - on the whole I think my chiropractic treatment has lengthened the gaps between cycles. But sometimes, during a cycle, it seems to have no effect at all, hence my doubts as to whether it was the treatment which had helped me previously, or whether it was some other factor.
Because of the cost, I sometimes wait a week or two into a cycle before going, in the vague hope it will go away first. From now on I shall go straight away, as you suggest, and see what effect that has.
