This will help you to see if your eye coordination is part of the
triggering mechanism for your headaches, although there are other
visual tests.
1. Hold a pencil in front of your eyes arms length. See how
close you can bring it (converging your eyes) before it
hurts or splits.
2. Follow a pencil around in a large circle and follow it with
your eyes.
These should be easy to your nose and around in a circle.
If it hurts, doubles, causes pain or dizziness. You need to
Practice them every day until it stops hurting or bothering.
Or see an optometrist who does vision enhancement therapy.
