The bit that includes the distorted view of inclusivity: the concept that the board must adjust itself to newcomers rather than newcomers having to adjust themselves to the board. If they can’t take the heat, all that they have to do is to back away from the fire. Anyone is free to join this group. Anyone who doesn’t like it is free to leave. If people who don’t like this board leave it to join another board and post their dislikes of this board there, so what? They have a right to do exactly that, if they so choose. To paqraphrase A. Lincoln, you can please some of the people all of the time and you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time.
