I'm not sure there is a word to describe such a person as that, but you can tell by the sh!t that they post thier head must be pretty far up thier own a$$.
Conceited? Self Centered? Cruel and coldhearted?
I guess you could just call a person like that Hitler or Manson - just as deranged.
