Hey there. I am certainly happy for you and take pleasure in your situation, but I have but one note of caution. As is evidenced here by some of the replies, quitting smoking and drinking may not
in all circumstances do away with clusters. Also, I have been in the position where it seemed as though a change in my life style had caused the cessation of my clusters, but they came back. One should remember that it is not unheard of for clusters to go into long periods of remission, 5, 10, 15, 20 years or more even, and then to recur.

Please forgive me here, I don't want to come off sounding as though I am being a naysayer or raining on your parade, but I just thought that it would be good to keep this in mind.
