I think the strangest thing I have seen with electricity is Mike and his brother wanted to go fishing one day. They somehow wired up some coat hangars and then proceeded to water the back lawn. Next, they stuck two ends of the unwound coat hangars into the grass and (because the lawn was now electrified because of the water and hangars combination), lo and behold, earthworms literally SHOT up out of the grass!!! There was their bait and off they went. Poor worms.
But, in answer to your question, yes I've seen Mike zap himself a few times - just the other day in fact, wiring in a light over our pool table. Almost as pretty as the New Years Eve's fireworks. Sparks flew and fingers were burned. Jeez. Men.
And yes, Carl, I've seen him do the licking of the battery ritual too.
