Jack, here's a link. One of the buttons on the left gives some detail about it. Only side effect was minor nausea for the first week. I'll tell ya, I'm sleeping like a rock and nothing seems to bother me lately (except my youngest daughter who wants to try sky diving for a birthday present next week).
I whis I could say it effects CH, but I just don't know as I'm not in a cluster and not due for one any time soon. I'm not usually one to take supplments but for the cause, I thought I'd give this a try.
