I guess I was lucky; my CHs started after my children were born. I know while I was pregnant and nursing it seemed there was almost nothing besides Tylenol I could take. My niece gets severe migraines and had an awful time in the first trimester or so with headaches and no meds. Naturally she was trying to work and was having an awful time. She eventually went to a chiropracter (with her doctor's blessing, I believe) and got relief that way. The last 6 months she was almost headache free.

I think that you are not going to be able to prevent or stop you pain with meds during this time period so you might have to either a) live with it (not my number one choice, but I've done it!) or b) find a more "natural" solution and to tell you the truth I don't have a clue what could work for your problem.

I hope that other women who read your message respond with their stories because there just is not enough information for you, is there? I wish you the best of luck but I wish that I could help you more. (as for myself right now I am nearing menopause and hoping that reaching that milestone will stop my headaches! I am not holding my breath because what I have read is not encouraging)
