I did 1/2 a tab. It just felt like good quality amphetamine. I don't really like amphetamines, so I didn't enjoy it much. I was not in an episode at the time.
My understanding is that it can abort a headache or two, but does not break a cycle. I don't see the point in using it to combat CH, because it is potentially dangerous.
We have a perfectly good, safe, and effective cycle breaker already. Why bother looking for another? The time and energy would be better spent pressing for recogition of psilocybin and LSD as legitimate treatment.
Ask CarlD - he's tried both. I understand he got a few clear days out of the E.
