Try this method I use for sever migraine headaches on clients.
Using the tips of the pads of the three midle fingers pressing down on the bottom ridge of the eye socket with comfortable pressure, hold for the count of 20 or as long as you think its right for you.
Then with your tumb press on the upper inner corner of the eye socket ridge, move to the middle, and then the outer corner. You may try a sweeping motion holding the same pressure from the inner corner to the outer corner.\
Also one of the best advises water preferably purefied water (Osmosis). This book contains all the praises for Water: YOUR BODY'S MANY CRIES FOR WATER, by Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj.
A few facts: An average adult body is 55 to 75% water. 2/3 of body weight is water (40 _50 quarts). Everyday you must replace 2 2/1 quarts of water.
Aside from aiding in digestionand absobstion of food, water regulates body temperature, carries nutrients and oxigen to cells, and removes toxins and other wastes. It also cushions joints and protects tissues and organs,
including the spinal cord, from shock and damage. Water is a key to all Body functions.
Brain: 75% Heart:75% Lungs:86% Liver:96% Kidneys:83% Muscle:75% Blood:83%
Not to mention as a medium for nerve communication.
