I am sorry you are having such a hard time finding medicines that will work for you. It took my doctor quite a few years to help me, so I know exactly how you feel. After 24 years of dealing with my CH, it has only been in the last 7 years that I have actually found some relief. You failed to mention what meds you have tried in the past. There are alot of different medications that are used for CH and what works for some, doesn't work for others. For me, Imitrex injections work the best to abort a headache. 10 minutes and its gone! To help stop a cycle I use prednisone. Sometimes it works great, sometimes it doesn't seem to work at all! Also maintenance meds I use are Verapamil and Amitriptyline. I have never used oxygen, but heard it helps alot of people abort their headaches.
