I have suffered from clusters since the mid 80's and one disturbing trend I have experienced is a reduced sex drive. It is not so much a reduced desire for sex, but more of a lack of confidence and inability/fear of performing.
My CH's occur every 12-14 months for 4-6 weeks. I will have 1-5 attacks a day.
It appears that after every episode, my drive reduces.
Preventative medicine is currently oxygen and Ercaf (last 4-5 years), but I have tried many others in the past.
Have any other males experienced this trend, or am I just getting old and need viagra???
