Religion has been a contentious subject here at ch.com at times in the past. We are a microcosm of the world and, as such, reflect many differing opinions and belief systems. Some are offended at outright displays of religion. Others welcome it and still others pretty much just ignore it. Speaking strictly for myself, I would prefer that ch.com NOT become an online prayer group. At the same time, you have skills and knowledge which can be helpful (even if only to assist some of the clusterheads here with coping) and you have a NEED to help and be productive to maintain your emotional balance.
I suggest that you consider focusing your energy on providing spiritual guidance through EMAIL to those here who find it needed and helpful. This is something you are uniquely qualified to do, as the only (to my limited knowledge) person here who is both an ordained priest and a clusterhead. It is something you can do on your schedule, working around the attacks. It would allow you to continue to fulfill the role you feel is your mission and to maintain your sense of self-worth. You may have left one congregation, but perhaps the Lord sent you here to start another one.
Just my opinion.
