A 1/3 dose always works for me. However, when I decide to ride one out,they get up 6 or 7 [Kip scale] so that may be why it works each time. I have never tried a 1/3 dose on a "10", simply because I haven't had a "10" since I have used 1/3 doses. 1/2 dose worked on the 10's.
When I am at work or in a hurry, I inject under the skin on my forearm. If I am not careful the injection goes directly into a blood vessel and then it gets to my head very fast and the h/a is gone in 20 seconds. I also feel the tight skin and tingly effect that you feel with a full dose, but much more intense. I don't know if this harmful or not.
Has anyone else had this happen?
