You wrote a description of your pain that was so similar to what I experience. I either get the "knives behind the eyes" (usually the right eye) or else it feels as if someone has my eyeball in the aplm of their hand and it's being crushed. I look into the the mirror certain that I will see physical damage to my eyeball, the pain is so intense. cathy
