If i keep up a steady pase while at work i will usally not get any headaches. Same goes for while im at home.
its just too bad that the beast likes to get us when we wind down.
what kind of reward is that. To have to go threw so much pain for a hard days work.
Kinda makes you wonder that we need to stay hiper-active just to avoid having a run in with the beast.
