I tell you what lets fight this demon together. Together we can beat him. Because I have other health problems they have taken me off my medication. I am doing some of the differnt things that have been talked about on the board the last few days. I started walking for one. I am also trying differnt things such as getting may mind off the pain. I am learning to relax more when the demon comes. I use to cry, but now only a 10 will make me cry. OK I am going to try the hot sause too. Hell I am willing to try anything except giving up! If I can, you can, work with me please. It looks like we are in the same boat if we work together maybe we can fix the leak and won't drown.
