Oxygen just works so well lately. 10 liters per minute with a mask. But I haven't had a really bad headache in weeks.
Also, breathing cold air and exercising at onset of pain have been working for me. I'm still getting shadows on Sansert, but if I get a real headache starting again I think I'm going to give the hot sauce under the tongue a try. It's a lot cheaper and more portable than the oxygen tank.
