I’m about 1 month into my winter cycle and everything has been very typical. Last week I caught the flu that is going around and my headaches have dwindled to a pain level of 1 or 2 every evening. Also, I’m not being awakened in the middle of the night anymore.
My fear is that now that I’m getting better the headaches might return. Does anyone know if that is typically the case? I have seen other posts on this web site referencing this issue but no one discussed whether or not they return.
