I also used the Excedrin Migraine this time with the same results. Couldn't get my hands to stop shaking. I use several things to help me but the Imitrex injections work best. I use half shots as in the imitrex tip. I also use oxygen. Have been in a cluster now since September and I think it's coming to an end. October was particulary bad, was having 6 HA a day but have gone down to about 2 a day now. Mostly at night. My doctor put me on prednisone for the first couple weeks in December and it really helped. Had a couple breakthrough headaches but was pretty much headache free while taking the medication. Plus finally got to sleep through the night! Hadn't slept more than a couple hours at a time for the two months previous to taking the prednisone. This is just what helped me this time.
