It would be great to do it without a doc.
They can be a real obstacle sometimes.
Even if it didn't "cure" it. Any kind of positive may convince someone they were on the right track.
Regular headache indicates a possible die-off.
Some apparently feel a little worse before they feel better. Hang in there.
