I'm going through a particularly long series of clusters at this time. They got really bad in October and November. My doctor put me on prednisone for the first couple weeks of December. It began working right away and except for one or two breakthrough headaches I was HA free while I was taking it. They came back after I stopped but not as bad as they were. I was having 6 HA a day before I took it and now I am down to just a couple. My days are pretty much HA free now but I'm still getting a couple during the night. I am sleeping more than I was during the night though. My cycle usually lasts about 3 months but it has been longer this time. (A little over 4 months so far) Hope the prednisone helps you out!
