Yes, I don't like a bath so hot I sweat.
And a cool bath/shower in the summer is good.

I've never considered the rest of my body during a headache.
I've always been concerned with the neck and up.
I don't know if I get cold or hot, so I guess neither.
It would be interesting and probably yeild no useful results,
to see if body temerature during clusters is gender related.
I doubt it, but who knows.

I use to use a cold compress, a jar of mustard from the 'fridge,
on my eye during an attack.
The problem was, it really wasn't my eye that hurt,
but behind it.
The cold had to "soak" all the way through.
I was scared it was messing up my eye sight, so I quit it.
I think maybe the cold was like banging my head,
one pain receptor stealing juice from the other.

Now I hum, very low and deep, almost to myself,
the idea is to get vibrations going in my head.
At least until I get too tired to fight anymore,
then I just give it up and try to have an
out of body experience.
No real luck on that one yet.
