I'm on prednisolone, which I think is the same thing. It started working immediately, but the side effects for me are my brain just won't switch off at night, meaning I cannot get to sleep.
Also, muscle growth has gone into overdrive. My arms, legs and shoulders almost put Arnie to shame.
One more thing - as soon as I tried to reduce the dosage, the CH came back. Oh...and I get the urge to run to the bathroom quite frequently without much warning!
None of this is worse than CH though.
