Been there, done that. It took me about seven or eight weeks of dizzy, thick headed, spacey etc... side effects to get to the dose that did any good. I really did not get any relief until I reached 7 X 25mg pills and then it was overnight. I have not had one CH in over three months. Still a little tingly in the fingers and I seem to fatigue quicker but the stupid feeling and the dizzy stuff faded quite quickly after I reached a stable dose.
Hang in there. If it's going to work, it will take a while to find out.
