I have had migraine for 24 years, and after trying many treatments, both preventative and acute, I found the best treatment for me is Ergotamine medihaler. I am caffeine and lactose intolerant and the medihaler is ideal for me. Unfortunately, it has been discontinued in the U.K. and I am having great difficulty in finding an alternative and effective substitute. I believe the medihaler is still available in the U.S. and Australia (as Ergostat, Ergomar and Ergodryl Mono, respectively), but I don't know if I can arrange to buy it from abroad, or if anyone can suggest an alternative. I am really anxious to find an answer. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
