This is my 2nd winter since being diagnosed with a disease called Menieres Disease. If you are not familiar with it, it is an inner ear problem. The symptoms are extreme nausea, vertigo, loss of hearing, extreme noise in the ears, weakness. etc. After visiting a specialist in Memphis, I am taking medication that pretty well keeps the nausea and vertigo under control. Last spring, as the weather began to warm up, my hearing began to return and the noise went down to a tolerable level. About 2 weeks ago, my hearing again went down, and the noises returned. I believe these problems are related to barometric pressure. The barometric pressure yesterday in Atlanta was the lowest ever recorded, and was equal to being 35 feet under water, according to the weather bureau. If anyone should have any comments or possible solutions or medication that would help, please let me know. Thanks for this oppertunity. Jerry
