I loved your analysis and I think it is something that we do not talk enough about here.
We seem to get into disagreements about who is the more authentic clusterhead when maybe we need to recognize that there could be categories.
I know that there are those in my category - very predictable episodic that responds very well to oxygen and verapamil.
If we pursue this line of thinking we might discover that there are therapies that work best for each category.
